Dr. Massey graduated from Birmingham-Southern with a degree in biology and psychology. He received his D.M.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, where he also completed an additional two-year residency program specializing in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Massey was awarded the prestigious Sparks Dental fellowship for advanced studies in patients with profound mental and physical special needs.

Dr. Massey is a member of the Birmingham District Dental Society, the Alabama Dental Association, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Massey is married to Carrie Anne Willingham and they have two wonderful children, Barrett and Meredith. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and swimming.
